Delete your UEKI account

From the app (immediate)

• Open UEKI and tap the user icon, at the top left of the map.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

By email (if you no longer have the app)

Write to contact@uekiapp.com from your account's email address, with the subject "Delete my UEKI account". We delete it within 5 business days (the deadline set by Argentine Law 25,326) and let you know when it is done.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: your account, your email, your profile and reputation, your votes and the spots you marked as taken.
• Left without an author: the spots you reported. Their location and time are kept, without any data about you, to calculate service statistics.
• Error logs: left without your user ID, and deleted automatically after 14 days.
